Shipping Policy - WE OBSERVE and PRACTICE BEST WAY SHIPPING


SHIPPING FOR MAGNETS, BUTTONS, and BADGES

SHIPPING and HANDLING DETAILS – Prior to shipping each magnet and badge is inspected for defects.  After they pass inspection they are inserted into a 3-mil poly bag for added protection against dust, dirt, and scratches. Finally they are shipped in a heavy-duty 4” x 8” padded jiffy-bag. --- All of our magnets and badges ship within 2 business days of payment receipt. Many orders are shipped the same day!

CUSTOM MAGNETS, BUTTONS, and BADGES - Customized and Personalized items are not made ahead of time, they are made when ordered and extra time may be needed.  Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the order date to receive your order.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

POSTAGE CHARGES and HANDLING FEES - WE DO NOT MARK-UP POSTAGE, and WE DO NOT ADD HANDLING FEES. All of our charges are based on the actual weight and size of your package.  We select the most economical and fastest way to ship your order.  We only ship using USPS 1st Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.  We do charge a very small fee for the packaging material we use.

HONESTY IN SHIPPING, AN EXAMPLE - A single button magnet that is packaged and ready to ship weighs two ounces. The post office (PO) uses the small-package postage rate because this package is rigid and measures over 1/4" thick. For this type of package the PO charges $1.71.  We add $0.29 for the packaging material.  That makes a total of $2.00 that we charge you for shipping (You can verify this by looking at any of our magnet and badges listings). NOTE: WE HAVE SPECIAL PRICING FOR BULK PURCHASES FROM 10 TO 100 ITEMS.

COMBINED SHIPPING - When you purchase multiple items we can combine ALL of your items and put them into one order.  You pay considerably less for shipping and handling charges when multiple purchases are combined into a single order.  To take advantage of combined shipping, if you purchase more than one item please wait for an invoice before paying.

Payment Policy

After winning an auction or used the "Buy Now" option, a check-out procedure is sent to your eBay registered e-mail address. Please check your Spam Folders if you do not receive it within 5 minutes from completing the purchase.

We accept the following payment methods through PayPal: Payment Policy . You DO NOT need a PayPal Account to purchase from us. Prompt payment allows us to ship your items quickly.

Payments are expected within 3 Days After the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaints will be filed with eBay upon not receiving payment.

Purchasing Multiple Items?  Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended or click on the "Buy Now" for ALL item listings, and then complete the check-out instructions received in the last email from us.

Return Policy and Refunds

We thank you and we greatly appreciate your business. We strive very hard to make sure you are satisfied with your visit to our store and your purchase. We understand that in some cases you want to return your item for a refund.

Your Satisfaction is Our Guarantee!

If the items you ordered are not as described, or if we made a blatant mistake, we will give you a full refund including, shipping and handling costs. In addition, we will pay the return postage provided the merchandise is returned within seven business days.

If you are simply not happy with the merchandise that you ordered let us know and send it back within 7 days to receive a refund on the purchase price only (shipping and handling fees will be excluded).

If your order is damaged in any way, email us immediately and we will issue a replacement or full refund.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless there is an error on our part. If there is an error on our part, we will correct the error at no charge or issue a full refund.
