Refund Policy for Returned Items

Your satisfaction is our guarantee.

If the items you ordered are not as described, or if we made a blatant mistake, we will give you a full refund including, shipping and handling costs.  In addition, we will pay the return postage provided the merchandise is returned within seven business days.

If you are simply not happy with the merchandise that you ordered let us know and send it back within 7 days to receive a refund on the Purchase Price Only (shipping and handling fees will be excluded).

If your order is damaged in any way, email us immediately and we will issue a replacement or full refund.
